outline: 0px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 2; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　国家市场监督管理总局总工程师韩毅指出，开展小微企业质量管理体系认证提升行动对促进中小微企业发展意义重大。他说，国家市场监督管理总局搭建了“百万企业全面质量管理培训平台”和“小微企业质量管理体系认证提升行动服务平台”，面向不同行业，开发更有针对性、内容更贴近小微企业实际需求的培训课程，免费提供线上培训服务。组织认证机构选派优秀专家深入小微企业一线实地调研，并针对问题精准施策，指导小微企业运用质量管理工具提升产品和服务水平，已累计为5670家企业实施精准帮扶，涉及27个行业。依托各地市场监管部门，推动地方政府将提升行动作为地方经济转型升级的有力抓手，在专项资金支持、“小巨人”企业培育、金融信贷等方面出台了一系列激励政策。在认证行业发出小微企业质量管理体系认证提升行动倡议，并针对小微企业简化流程，降低收费。<p setedaria="true" style="text-align:center;padding: 0px;
